Message from the Dean
Real estate is one of the most volatile, yet lucrative, industries in the American economy. The savvy realtor knows how to handle the factors that affect the real estate market.
Economic, social, legal, environmental, and even technological factors all play a part in real estate. Beyond knowing market value and availability, realtors can find it valuable to know how to better manage customer relations, for example, or to more thoroughly understand contracts and negotiations. With the ever-increasing use of the Internet by buyers, sellers, and realtors alike, it is important for the real estate manager to be able to strategically leverage the technology to increase sales, for either residential or commercial.
The New England College (NEC) Master of Science in Management – Real Estate Management (MSREM) online program is designed to assist realtors in building on their current skills and also gaining new leadership skills that will help prepare them to embrace and capitalize on changes in the industry.
Join our experienced faculty and fellow real estate professionals from all over the country in this convenient online program.
I look forward to welcoming you to New England College.
